My fc is looking for homes to buy in the same zone for the right price.

We want the homes close by and have offered to fc owners extra Gil.

I offered 8mil for a small home, and 25mil for a middle sized. Large won't happen to many members but I'd pay extra for them too maybe 60-80mil

Well, to be fair, it looks like left side is purely utility, he probably modifies to do Fire/Ice/Blizz 2 and Fire/Ice/Blizz 3.
