All my default controller bars look close to his. As soon as I attack,cast or engage my crossbars all change. You can set that up in the menus.

I don't understand when someone doesn't like a game why do they always have to blame the other players of the world?
Those kind of guys want the game to be difficult but want easy win 100%. Maybe they have a split personality?
I had one guy like this in my FC. Complaining that the game is too fancy and easy, but when we actually went on SCoB 1 2 3 which were difficult content for our FC, he didn't want to do the hard work with us, and when he came, after 3 wipes he was about to leave because the fight was too difficult for him at this moment.
The rest of the day he was complaining on how terribad players are in DF.

My FC/Coil group just had someone quit the game because they had been doing coil every week for two months and didn't get a single HA drop for their MNK, and that there was an absolute BiS gear system which is pretty similar to every other MMO (rather than the multiple useful & swappable gear sets approach used exclusively in XI). It's a bit more complex than that, but as far as I could tell he had no interest in the team or FC community aspect of the game. Frustrating.
