Context: Fresh Tam-Tara HM, SMN DCs right as first pull happens. Tank and healer chat about kicking them, we're less than 5 minutes in so we can't kick them and I know the next mob is a solo diremite. I (NIN) pull it, and holy shit the sky is falling.

I got kicked yesterday without a word in Haukke HM for what I can only assume was either doing too much DEEPS or running ahead of the tank. Either way, the other DPS was the bare minimum ilvl to be in Haukke HM, healer wasn't DPSing, and the WAR sucked. I'm pretty sure I got a queue again (as BLM) before they would've finished that dungeon.

Was running the Towers with my friend yesterday and had a similar thing happen wherein they vote kicked her for no reason. I had her rejoin in progress and told them to stop being retarded and kicking people for no reason. It isn't like anyone was queueing to begin with or it wouldn't have been as easy as it was to get her back in.

Wasn't having any of that shit. It takes long enough to do the weekly without someone being silently butthurt. People make no fucking sense. Just do the run and go about your day.

A group kicked me on WHM because on second boss of Snowcloak, I pulled it first with Aero. Tank did the same shit, waited outside the instance for walls to go up and for us to die. I just don't get that retard-playing mentality.

While some are for sure, you have to keep in mind that many tanks took the shit from other players for free either for no valuable reason or because they felt like being idiots trying to rush under-geared tanks in the DF. The things can go out of control very quick especially if you're an under-geared tank. So if the BLM or WHM start running ahead and pulling, things can tend to become very annoying.

But all this is nothing that can't be resolved without a quick talk, so yeah kicking you out for that without communication is stupid.

Minor random fail: I just played Triple Triad with one NPC with the Order rule so much I spent the next 15 minutes at another NPC playing as if the Order rule was in effect, even though it wasn't.
