Likely a transpose BLM. I had one of those in my expert roulette last night; ended every fire rotation with a Flare, then used Transpose to get MP back. So slow.

I ran into the same thing today in AK. He was really new, but not new to the dungeon.

The run went about 10 minutes over then what it should've been.

Frustratingly he Flared with full MP bar for single targets/3 mob targets but insisted on Fire 1ing a pull with 9 mobs. I switched to slow pulling after seeing that lol

I can't even help him improve if he ignores me. At the end he was able to type "good job thanks for group" so it suggests he has a keyboard.

Well, if I successfully nuked my rep to the point that I needed to change names/servers, and then I did it again, perhaps the problem isn't with "everyone else."

I had a 43 minute KotL run last night with no wipes (PLD, MNK, MNK, WHM; I was PLD). It was mindboggling. After the first pull, I knew something was up as it took like 3 minutes to kill the three crabs. Opened ACT and was just sad. MNK #1 and MNK #2 averaged ~274 DPS and 212 DPS, respectively, throughout the whole run. WHM parsed at 0 dps. Everyone was super nice, so I stayed, but it was the worst.

It's a big reason why I prefer going as BLM for DFs despite the long queue time. At least I know there's going to be at least one respectable DPS. A lot of the expert dungeons are made worst with low DPS. Tank and healer can be mediocre, but if both DPS are bad, it's insufferable.

Lol this guy was at least in half of my friends blist way before the hunts shenanigans started. Awful attitude overall.

For the name well a change is good (not trying to hide I know it's easily trackable)

As for Server, well Hunts drama is really powerful on a dumb server like Hyperion, but i'm happy where I am atm

2) RPers are not bad when you hide and have shouts filtered

the I'm happy where i am atm is mostly about the static perspective

I don't know why people care so much about RPers; it's basically like having NPCs that are more active, but have worse grammar. It doesn't affect PF, and every server in that cluster is equally affected when it comes to DF. They are really only active in the main cities, and I find them to be fun background noise.

I did have one FC member who got stuck in a full RPer AK where they insisted on walking everywhere, and yeah, that's the worst. But again, that could happen to anyone in this cluster.

I haven't parsed dungeons lately but i've noticed a trend of dps that tend to just wobble everywhere for about 10 seconds and then they'll end up doing one GCD.

BLM rotations and You:

Flare -> Transpose -> MP tic -> Flare -> wait for AF to wear off -> wait for MP to slowly regen -> Flare again (if the rest of the party hasn't killed the mobs for you by now)

Don't forget to pad your ilvl with MND accessories and if the parser shows you doing less damage than the PLD in Shield Oath then good! You'll never have to worry about stealing hate!

Does the gunship damage not get tracked? I'd figure that's a non-trivial amount of damage. Just wondering if it's getting parse right.

I don't think anyone got hit by the gunship AoE, but that was the pull before the last boss + the last boss.

BRD was pretty good at standing in the AoEs and cleaves, it was more trouble to raise him than just carry the fight.
