You think about it too simply, yes weapon boost for healing is 'less imortant then DPS', but if he's dumb for healer, He will be this dumb and do the same shit if he plays DPS

Weapon is the least efficient upgrade option on an iLVL gain per law spent ratio. That's the logic as I see it; not great logic, but if you're just aiming for 170 to do Alex, you would do ACCs > non-Body/Legs left side > Body/Legs > Weapon.

I think what Wulfy meant is the amount of effort it takes to upgrade shit, as opposed to how effective the upgrade is. You're thinking ability-wise, he's saying "how many tomes do I need to upgrade shit"-wise. Not to say that's what he specifically does. If you re-read what he wrote, he's basically just saying "this might be what the doode thought would be the fastest way to raise his ilvl"

Basically you're not reading what he wrote properly.
