Context: While I was checking Party Finder for random stuff to do, I came across a message that stated they were selling their house for 10 mil. I announced this to the FC and a RL couple were interested in getting the house. We all went there to check out the house and there was another couple interested in buying, but they were trying to bargain for a lower price. Since they were bargaining, the seller was willing to give our FC member the house since we were paying full price. However, when the other couple found out about this, they said they would also pay full price (according to my FC member, they actually said they would pay 15 million but they didn't actually have the cash on them).

This lead to the seller leaving it to a dice roll on whom would get the house, and only the ones that were paying would roll. The other couple broke this rule and my FC called them out on this, which lead to a re-roll and allowed my FC member to win. Now as we speak the couple is currently pissed off at us and is camping the placard in attempt to snipe the plot so they can get it for themselves. We already negotiated to settle the trade on another day because of this, but this is a major fail in my book because the couple were starting trades with my FC members when they were teleporting to block them. They've already been reported and are most likely going to get banned. All because of a virtual house.

Honestly at the point where your FC guys offered to pay full price, the conversation was over in my mind. I get that housing is limited especially on Hyperion but fucks sake that's petty shit.
