A2, A2S, and any dungeon run where there are large pulls. Current dungeon running meta being what it is, that's almost all of them.

You can always just swap between the two skills anyways beforehand depending on the content you're doing. Not that big a deal.

Remember: the issue at hand was not whether Stoneskin is situational.

The issue at hand was that someone in a dungeon run asked this guy why he wasn't casting SS, and his response was that "Stoneskin is a WHM spell"; when he said this, he didn't even have CNJ high enough to use Stoneskin (which was the actual answer, left unsaid because of the obvious implications).

Now, we can sit here and argue about the finer points of whether Stoneskin should ever be used, and if so, when. But the answer to that question has NOTHING to do with the fact that Stoneskin is a native CNJ spell, which was the rebuttal being offered.

That rebuttal is pure, unqualified fail.
