I figured me popping Shadowskin/Shadow Wall would absorb more damage than a SCH shield but I didn't know he was specifically doing that -- I laughed because I thought it was a funny reaction to me eating the orbs.

And yeh no one questioned me eating orbs before until today, I just think it's a necessary tank job to soak.

You can be lvl 52 before entering Ishgard, I assume it happens for people who haven't played since like 2.1/2.2.

Spend their days doing roulettes and making their way thru the MSQ and get to 51/52 before they make it to the expansion.

There should have been a quest in the HW MSQ early on like the quest we got near the start of the game that doesn't let you advance unless you have certain gear slots above a certain ilvl.....

The guy has a lvl 60 WAR and a lvl 60 BRD (eso and alex NM gear on his BRD). Based on his lvls, he doesn't even have BfB or invigorate for his BRD either.

Don't worry, I had the same derp for a minute too lol. It was in Chrysalis so its meh but kinda ok, I had the exact same problem, a DRK with an i55 GC weapon, on my 1st Ravana. I think I even posted it in this thread. lol

Whenever I end up OT in this fight I take the orbs and try to protect the other from the adds as much as I can, but was his/her FB comment for real or they were trolling?

At that point, Artemis Malfoy who made the Facebook comment was rather annoyed at the healer's comments. So we started to tilt and lose by then. His comment was probably for real.
