Entire accessory side is Hero's of Fending, except for his other ring which is Slaying. Astrolabe has Spell Speed, Skill Speed, and Fire Resistance IV materia.

Entire time the guy was fighting, he'd just use Flare. No Fire III, no Fire, no Thunder III or anything like that. He'd just Cast Flare -> Convert -> Flare or Flare -> Transpose -> Flare.

Should I assume you had a decent melee dps tank the boss instead or something?

Yeah, I was MNK and did the tanking duties. And while I was doing my best to MPK him by deliberately angling the boss so he'd be getting hit by breath attacks, he would be oddly on point on dodging stuff. Sadly, I failed in that respect.

Tank legs ended up dropping, and I won the Greed lot on them. He didn't even Need roll on tank gear......

Sometimes I feel like I'm a shitty BLM because my latency seriously fucks my DPS output. Then I see people like this and feel so much better.

What's slightly worse are the enablers. Someone in my FC was telling me about one of these last weekend, and literally EVERYONE who wasn't afk asked him "Did you kick them?" Nope. Ughhhhhhhh

He keeps reconnecting to find out he isn't kicked..

We do entire dungeon without him and kick him before final boss.

The funny part, the fail, is he seemed to think right up until the end that we needed a tank for some reason.

What a bitch, I would of done the same thing. I had a group do this to a tank in main scenario, guy watched all the scenes and never said anything so we waiting for the last boss then kicked him. He could of been new, I honestly don't care he has to hold that vote kick to his chest though
