What I really don't get is unless they're using full AF2, there's no reason they shouldn't be able to go on SMN.

I haven't went as SMN yet but I might next week since I'm going to start kiting T7 since we had a drop out. As BLM I pull a 270 or so in T6 which I don't think is bad at all. The last BLM I saw in T6 was lucky if they broke 160 so I can see why people think it completely blows

It wasn't that he was stuck in walk mode, I saw him run several times. During the first time (when he wasn't in my party) he got locked out of at least two battles because he wasn't moving fast enough to get past the barrier.

His "movement preference" extended to fights as well, he would walk up to mobs to fight them (or in the case of Thanatos, he would follow behind the pot while doing absolutely nothing).

Well guess who I ran into durring a pleasant stroll through CT? Good ol' Otto Matte, aka tank gear flare god.



Just to give some insight to this beast, he almost wiped us because apparently raw flare over and over wasn't enough to kill adds in atomos, so I had to start killing tethered adds with the other tank and melee while the smn was dead and good ol' Otto was off to the side tossing flares. I was full on SB gryhon gear and I kinda wanted to see what he would do so I didn't kick him.


As you can see his damage was off the charts.

Edit for inclusion: If you didnt see on here earlier someone ran into him, he has like 5.7k hp all tank accessories and slaying ring, does nothing but flare. That guys post was weeks ago too! Which means he's still at it, just tossing flares all day...like a Don.

Look I blame that on SE expanding those from 5 buttons to 6. It was perfectly fine before and still is in less than 4man.

Yes, yes it is. It could be cleaned up so much. The Quest Logger thing is horrendous and uncustomizable. Just use J and open it that way. >.>; Also, you can make things smaller in the HUD layout by using CNTL+Home I think. DO IT. Keybind so many of those buttons like Teleport and Return. Goddamn Seravi, aids is preventable but now that you have it, it's only manageable!
