If you're going to put that much time and effort into something, why in the actual fuck would you half ass it and not go for what gives the biggest performance increase in the end? A tiny increase might be tiny, but better is better either way regardless of how small it is.

There is also the distinct possibility that future upgrades (if they happen) will not allow changes or alterations, and just scale up the Novus.

Because in a mmo if you want a competetive edge even if its a small margin you want to min/max as much as possible obviously.

And skill speed statsweights are pretty bad for DRG.
