Missed the live game tonight cause me and the wife went to see Thor, but we're hardcore CANES so we DVR'd and saw the mighty Canes 4th-line-deflect their way to an impressive two-boring-games win streak. Luckily, the Metro Division is the spiritual successor to the South East and if you SUCK BALLS "HEY GUESS WHAT- YOU CAN STILL GO TO THE BIG SHOW!"

I did! I like him, he's a good player to me. Also, wanted to break from all the Chara, Beregeron, Rask, Marchand, etc jersey everyone and their dog, mother, and father gets.

I just spent five minutes extrapolating today's standings to 82 games. Point totals are overstated due to the way intraconference scheduling works later in the season (unless there are a ton of OT games), but the difference between East and West is ridiculous and will not be reduced by intraconference results:
