So apparently that Howard injury, which was to the glove hand, was obtained in the last Flyers game. He figured he would try playing but in warmups after taking a few shots to the hand, he realized it was still too painful, and decided to back out.

Nice, I got married this weekend and we went to the CAR/PHO game the day after on Sunday. (Where, fittingly, the Canes looked like the team we watched so much together last year - a pile of dog shit.) They put our names up on the jumbotron too, which was cool. I'll post a pic of our wedding topper sometime soon. I'm in a Canes jersey holding a hockey stick and she's holding a Canes flag.
