The Dodgers should have been favored because they have Kershaw, but Minor outpitched Greinke, and Teheran and Ryu was an even match up. We had two rookies implode yesterday, Teheran and Alex Wood in long relief(who was very solid after he came up).

Anyone without homer glasses know that Atlanta's starting pitching was running on fumes, the offense had multiple people who wouldn't even sniff the Mariner's starting 9 this season, and you think they'd still beat the Dodgers? Only team in the NL that I think can beat the Dodgers in the NL in a short series is the Cards. AL Wise I think Boston and Oakland can both take them. But no, I don't think anyone outside of Atlanta felt the Braves were beating the Dodgers.

I never said I thought they would win, but to say they didn't have a chance is asinine, especially when they had a chance to take a 2-1 lead in an even pitching match up. Of course they are all but fucked now with Freddy Garcia going against short rest Kershaw in a must win. Not salty at all and I hate the fact the dodgers are in it. Atlanta's offense is average, half the starters are rookies and we're gassed the last several starts. I was figuring a four game loss from the start and I haven't seen a single expert predict a braves win. But please continue getting mad. The tears help make up for a lack of giants in the playoffs.

First WS we had Cain and Lincecum (who had 2 cy's) and 1 Rookie who was called up mid season. Second one we had Cain as the ace, with Bumgardner and Vogelsong and Zito channeling his inner Maddux for two starts. To say we had no aces during that is kind of pants on head retarded. But what do I know, I obviously never watched baseball the last 30 years
