On the Square Enix Account Management site it keeps saying an error occurred when I try to reactivate my account. I used multiple credit cards and none of them seem to work. Has anyone have any idea why? And what the solution would be to activate my account?

Are you using a credit/debit card that has a name or address conflict with your SE-POL account?

You in another country? If so try to do it behind US proxy.
Cousin is in middle east his card wouldn't go through.

No I'm in the US. I got my account reactivated now using crysta and a gamers gift card, thanks all for the help.
