I cannot confirm the veracity, but those of us descended from the first Yoruba king tend to have those in our last names. These days it is more like a lordship since there is only ever one Yoruba king at a time and due to the way it works, the next king does not have to be descended form the previous king. The kids of kings and lords/chiefs are pretty much interchangeably princes are princesses in a general sense. So, shitloads of people.
