    The quick high voltage casts seem to coincide with a new ability being gained. The 25% increments seem to reset the boss ability timers, thus leading to a quick recast. This is even more speculative, but the abilities themselves sometimes take a while to execute (cannons, laser), and may compress the normal boss melee attack timer to cause the double attacks.

    It may prove useful to have your backup interrupt routinely handle the high voltages immediately after 75/50/25 ability gains. It might not be necessary most of the time, but the one or two saves will make your healers happy.

    That sounds very likely. Most of the times that our tank got owned when we were learning turn 2 was right when he'd cast rot.

    I feel like that's when he hits his hardest. Either its an attack >> rot phase >> free attack or something like it, but yeah, something typically spikes.

    Only thing I notice after last night's patch is after killing one of the smaller Twintania snakes, the other small snake wouldn't die. You could hit it but it'd just sit at 1%.

    Not sure if bug, I don't remember it being as such before.

    Plenty of times I've had ADS do Ballast + whatever the 360 AOE one is at the exact same time. I'll start to run to the pie for Ballast safety and a tenth of a second later its filled with the 360 marker.

    If run back into the ballast danger zone, it will push you out of cannons lol.

    Sanitary Node will do this on the third Ballast. You'll get the arc for Ballast first, then the circle for Repelling Cannons on top of that. Not surprised ADS does it too.

    This is more because the charge time for Ballast happens before the red danger zones appear. You can even get into position to dodge ballast before the red shit shows up just by watching the cast bar.

    I see a lot of people who do ADS talk about the double cast thing, but the route we go.. we don't even get Ballast and what not. We do Start > Ballast > the electric move one > Fire > ADS..

    Is there a better rotation? Lol

    He starts Rot and Gravity at 75 and 50% respectively, but he basically does nothing from 50-10%. Makes it so easy.

    Well I'm our only melee DD (DRG) and usually throw a LB3 at him for 19.5-20k or so after he does his initial high voltage > laser beam > AOE move (I get in and LB as soon as the start up for the AOE goes off) and then he rots, so about 75% I guess.
