Once we hit those last 2 phases it was still Death Sentence that caused the most wipes. Especially when the healers are getting all the stuns and all the liquid hells and brd/blm/smn lose focus and completely forget they have Virus/Eye for an Eye/Rain of Death.

how low are you getting the first two snakes? if you're getting them below 80% before switching to the big snake you're wasting some damage there. also make sure everyone is using mega stat potions. and have one of your healers nuke when the last snake is up as well, provided the other one can keep you alive

Yeah we're most likely doing too much damage to them, assuming if we have our SMN using Bane to move his dots around that should be enough to get them to 80 anyways.

I've seen it done both ways, but what are the benefits of killing the first set of snakes earlier on rather than just dragging them on to the LB and giving the other 2 snakes the debuff? Seems like we need to pick one or the other, but we keep shifting back and forth and not really seeing any difference. I think our DPS are just not doing enough damage in the transition phases (2nd set of dive bombs, run phase to the other side of the arena to get closer to the 2 snakes).

Wouldn't that depend on your group since LB dmg is based on the combined damage/ilvl of your party's weapons?

That said I think we take them to like 80 or 90 or maybe 75 idfk :3
