Not really, unless the stacks are still up when Twin returns. Then people with stacks on them are probably gonna die.

I handle small snakes during that phase and I position them so that I'm between them and Asclepius so that it gets the stacks but the other tank does not (because he's on the other side of Asclepius, out of range). Ideally no one other than the tank and maybe a physical DPS should be accumulating Disseminate stacks because tanks can survive Profusion or whatever it's called by using a buff even with 4 stacks, but anyone else will die. One dead DPS isn't a big deal, but three or four is going to make for a bad time. There have been a couple times where the small snakes died too slowly but we still killed Asclepius before Twintania returned. If one/no DPS have stacks, you can continue on. If several people have stacks (and there's really no reason for anyone outside physical DPS (who can just run away) to have stacks in the first place), you're pretty much done.

If you kill small snakes fast, the debuff will always wore before twin does thunderbolt. Alot of people thought it is better to split DPS on askle and small snakes, when it is actualy better to have everyone focus on small snakes, Askle is almost never an issue if small snakes dies.

I don't know if I necessarily agree with this; tanks may not put out big numbers, but I'm pretty sure they can still burst the conflag for more in a short period of time than a healer can.

The tank doesn't need to be in the conflag to dps it. It's just taking extra damage to take extra damage.

The tank doesn't need to be in the conflag [for the healers] to dps it. It's just taking extra damage to take [deal] extra damage.

With medi2/regen, tank is at a net positive (or tiny loss, can't remember) inside the conflag anyways *shrug*

I dont think it wear off too, whoever that goes in usually are always topped on HP as long as they were medica'd and regen'd before going in.

When to recheck my videos was 100% sure Regen wore off automaticly when Conflag hit

I only ever move in when both healers are trapped. Otherwise I stay outside and DPS the conflag. As a healer main I'd rather just do it myself on my tank than have them do it, they could be doing more important things, whereas I'd just be attacking Twin anyway if I wasn't on the conflag.

Same. Only run in if both healers are trapped. There's literally no need to have the tank run in.
