pffft boo on you, Selamis!
I'd totally watch that spin-off.
didnt like the episode at all :/
I thought the episode was fantastic.
I hate every episode with her in it.
Why all the hate on Charlie's character? I think she's awesome, plays the nerd role well and I liked her on eureka as well.
I think that stems more from Felicia Day being kinda annoying. At least for me, can't speak for everyone else, heh.
Yeah, I'm ok with the character and the episodes she is in. It's just the actress herself that is annoying to me.
fuck you guys, great episode
The main storyline, typically, is more interesting than joke episodes. She just makes joke episodes another tier of misery. Plus, she's incredibly childish amongst other characters.
The joke episodes are some of the best episodes of the series. Bunch of crybabies in here.
The joke episodes are good, I just am not a fan of Felicia lol. I never stated this episode was bad, or good. The last one with her, and the LARPing, with Dean quoting Braveheart was hilarious and actually enjoyable because it fit into what her character was into/about. The other episodes with her, she seems out of place.
I lost it when Garth said that. And his Bobby impersonations were pretty comical too. When I was reading what they said this season would be about,I was having a hard time picturing the Cass // Dean interactions would be like. This is definitely been an interesting few episodes already
Episode was boring. Felicia Day is obnoxious to a lot of people because she's the same one-dimensional nurdgrrrl in every show she guest spots in. I'm sort of in the middle leaning further towards disliking her but only very very mildly so (I prefer her to not be in things I like but she doesn't outright ruin them; such a feat would require a personality trait besides referencing Tolkien). Admittedly her introduction and the LARP episode were good, but this was just bland and tasteless. This show can do amazing filler eps, the Groundhog Day episode and Weekend at Bobby's were two of the best episodes of the series, but Charlie meeting Dorothy and going on a magical spinoff adventure? No. It's real bad.
I will say though, at least it wasn't the worst backdoor pilot I've ever seen, or even the worst one on the show. That one from last season with that super cunty teenage girl living in the X-Mansion for Gifted Hunters was probably the worst idea for a spinoff since The Finder. Just in general backdoor pilots are bad because the main characters just smile and get a glassy look in their eyes while they try to hype up how cool the spinoff characters are. I mean did you hear how flat Sam's dialogue was? Jared phoned it in so hard. He just came in to work and collected his check "Call me when we start shooting actual storylines" style.
Pretty good episode in my opinion, had some decent laughs.
Dean was hilarious as fuck.
funny as hell, I love Dean making fun of hippies and vegans all the time too

Now I need to go back and watch this again to see if I remember her, which I would imagine he was talking about maybe one of the last episodes of season two, in the abandoned town Azazel was doing his tests in....or some other chick.
