Yeah this ep was truly awful. :/ Least I have Arrow to look forward to tomorrow.
I didn't get to see the previews for next week, because my CW somehow ended up showing the preview for tonight's Arrow instead. =/
This wasn't really Supernatural as it was the pilot for the spin off, they just decided to merge the two together instead of having the Bloodlines pilot stand on it's own. I give it one season at best, though I can see it canceling after half a season.
I'd forgotten that this was the pilot episode for the spinoff.
I was shaking my head the enite time.
Terrible.
They thought they can copy the success of the Originals. However, that show actually has compelling characters, good actors, and established story that actually fits the show's universe. This has neither.
I can't think of an episode I haven't liked, even the shaky cam college werewolf one, but this was the worst thing ever. Monster mafia shit was just wtf, and they have terrible actors. The production value seemed cheaper too.
I just read some Facebook posts on their site and from what I seen not 1 comment was good. Just post after post trashing this episode. Biggest fail ever
What ever happened to leviathans? I know the head leader guy was killed but wasn't there a whole army of them? They haven't even been mentioned in ages. Id love to see a few episodes going back to them then the regular random monster of the week.
Roman was the brains of the plot. Leviathans in general are pmuch like rank and file demons, just, a bit more discipline to leadership.
Rank and file don't cause interesting things, standouts do.
Completely agreed. Roman worked for that because like his name, he was a Dick and it was perfect for the plot. Him + Crowley was golden.
Sadly angels are just boring as fuck.
that was the worst season ever, good riddance.
Best part of that season was this scene, but then again it could be an hour of the impala on the road set to classic rock and I would still watch.
Good episode. They should just drop Dean in Heaven with the blade and make him go Terminator on their ass
I had hoped for something a little more...worthy, of the scene between Dean and Abaddon, but other than that a good episode.
yeah I feel overall they did not use Abaddon on the show as much as they could've, she was a good actor and her character had more potential imo
