    The HQs are actually one level higher than the NQs, so they're superior regardless if it's item level based or skill+ based.

    It may just be me but Wyvern breaths dont seem much stronger. My typical ele breaths prepatch were in the 440ish range with wyrm armet+2/glassblower/lancer torque and post patch its 444. I think that was in line with what I previously had. I hope they didn't boost wyvern Magic Attack thinking it would enhance breaths when in reality Magic Attack doesnt affect breaths, HP does(though Deep Breathing grants 'Magic Attack Boost') Not sure if a bug or not.

    Sounds like a working as intended to me. As to why they boosted it idk seems like they just cookie cuttered stats lol

    Well the update notes said increase Wyvern MAB. MAB doesn't enhance wyverns but it could be lay terms for a statistic that boosts wyvern breaths behind the scenes(like what glassblower belt/wyrm armet do) however i'm like 75% sure that my breaths were doing 440ish before this patch and they're doing 440ish now.

    If only Tourbillion worked. I am pretty sure Tourbillion lasts 3 minutes as opposed to Bilgestorm's low durations as well.

    blu is the best DD for ceizak fracture and a very good DD in the other 2 fractures that brings alot of versatility und utility to the table, now even more with enhanced macc. with the soon unlocked CDC it will even get better. terror sleepga and AoE harden shell are very usefull spells in some cases

    Was talking to a NPC for the Delve and Skirmish Gear Lottery in East Adoulin at the Scouts Coal. and crashed. Anyone else get this problem? I tried three times to make sure and each time POL crashed on me.

    Uh just noticed their current issue with Buremte Gloves/Head and Uk'uxkaj boots.
    What's wrong exactely with Buremte Gloves defense? Defense higher than the one displayed? Lower? What else? o.O

    Their defense is too low for their item level. Compare:

    Geomancy Mitaines (Level 109): 61 defense
    Gendewitha Gages (Level 113): 69 defense
    Cizin Mufflers (Level 113): 84 defense
    Buremte Gloves (level 115): 53 defense

    If they get changed to be more in line, I'd expect them to get 70-80 defense, since they're a hybrid type item.

    No clue wtf that known-issues comment was about, since the bell gives the stats it advertises (30mp, 15 Geo Skill).

    Teleport-Vahzl / Retrace
    - The "Coastal Fishing Net" target occasionally does not appear in Mog Gardens.
    * This issue can occasionally be rectified by either relogging or by zoning into a different area.
    - The "Coastal Fishing Net" target in Mog Gardens occasionally cannot be targeted with the mouse.
    - The item Filiae Bell erroneously contains the attribute "Geomancy skill +15."
    - PCs who are KO'd when the NM Insidio is defeated during the "Destiny's Device" quest cannot receive any bayld.
    - Enmity accrual does not function properly for the following Marjami Ravine colonization and lair reive enemies.
    Gerent Apkallu / Foraging Apkallu
    - The DEF values for the following items are not commensurate with their item levels.
    Buremte Hat / Buremte Gloves / Uk'uxkaj Boots
    - The help text for the mandragora ability Phaeosynthesis in Monstrosity is erroneous.

    Prepatch on Blanched Mandragoras with Upukirex and full parameter boost. Wyvern Damage:

    Low/High damage is 44/136 with a mean of 100
    Crit Low/High is 85/198 with a mean of 158

    Post Patch
    Low/High damage is 134/158 with a mean of 146
    Crit Low/High is 174/238 with a mean of 213

    Guard Skill on mandies kinda skews values but I wonder how much +ATK was added, maybe 242 since that's how much skill is on Upu. As for Magic Attack, I really don't know. I feel like my HB and Ele breaths are pretty much the same as they were prepatch, 444 on a non-resist with all the +Breath Enhancing gear with 5/5 parameter boost and 1244 with +Breath Enhancing Gear and maximum +WyvernHP gear. I was looking at my Anguis solo video and noticed my Healing Breaths doing 1232 so it must have been a majorly low boost to breath potency.

    Nice that they just noticed Gerent Apkallu / Foraging Apkallu are very stubborn bout changing targets once agroed.
