Before my wife and I built our house, we were on Bell's Fibre Op (light?)package. I beleive the speeds were 15 mbps up/down with no usage limit.

After we built, I had to downgrade to their usual highspeed internet and get something like 7mbps down, 250kbps up or something and it's still unlimited. I haven't read the fine print so it may have a limit that I'm not aware of. We rarely download huge amounts of data.
