Some random dude thst boughr another set of his games emailed me. Told him what to look for and if his are fake I might take further action. As it standa now I got my refund so im happy.

Report it under copyrighted materials(I just did.) One of the options after that is selling fake/counterfeit items. That's what he's doing. His shit will get shut down if they actually investigate it. He has it listed in all of his auctions right now. I reported all of them because I'm bored lol.

LOL purchased some DS games from another seller in the us. All 3 counterfeit go figure. Called them out on it and this is their response.

"The games are original, guaranteed. They are authentic Japanese version translated into English and have been gotten unlocked to play on the all ds consoles. We were not supposed to ship the item to you as you didn't want the item in the first place when you won the auction. So it's kinda unfair for us to have a negative feedback from you. Agreed. Amazon is much less forgiving for sellers trying to pull a fast one. In fact, sellers are so vulnerable that you can easily shut them down by 2-3 counterfeit A-to-Z claims and win everytime, whether they sold fakes or not lol
