Halloween Event

I see decorations up and but no npcs around other than the summer npcs still. Anyone know how to do the event?

Summer event doesn't officially end until 1am PST Friday. I assume Halloween event picks up where that ends.

There is no location info on the dev blog post announcing it but the Uldah photo shows it in the same spot that is currently being used for Moonfire Faire. Like said above, probably after they remove MF on 18th. They likely added it in the recent patch but I don't dat mine so I can't be sure. Looks like they have some odd double labia, clitoral hood like ghost costumes this time.

Some cool looking furniture concepts for housing in the decorations. It would be neat if they offered it for that.

Talk to Shifty Thespian -> Impresario -> get ghost costume -> Impresario -> Scare dudes -> idk i gave up cuz it was boring and decided to play pokemon instead

You can buy 4 different colors of pumpkin heads.
Quests give you the initial ghost suit that you can also buy, second one having a different face.
Also 3 pumpkin cookies and 3 jack-o'-lanterns which are junk food.

I like how in the ghost outfits you don't have any arms or feet. Jumping off high places with this is cool.
