Reorder Character List?

I searched everywhere on the internet...unable to find a clear answer (if any), but is it possible to re-order / re-list the character list on the load screen? One of my secondary characters is now the first one selected on top...having OCD issues right now and would like that one on the bottom. Any help?

Use the Character Transfer Service (Free until ???) and see if you can transfer it back and have it re-order it. (Try with a throwaway character first)

That's a thought, but I have Coil tonight so won't risk it...

Pretty sure they mentioned that these would be limited to a single free transfer (per character?)
