    ZNM and Cosmic Elucidiation are called the same thing in Japan, so it's an occasional mistake you'd see from a Japanese player but not from someone who's officially translating the game unless they just don't play it.

    lol, you say that like you can actually unlock the WS outside of a relic. In the case of a relic WS, the WS+aftermath can be considered as a single package.

    They just need to differentiate the relic weapon skills. They're all 3.0 fTPs with either a 60 or a 30/30 mod. Giving the intrinsic properties or attack bonuses or changed WSC(Geirskogul's AGI, Scourge's CHR come to mind) would be a start. Also rebalancing Aftermaths by making ones that are terrible, actually less useless. I'd settle for changing Geirskogul's to at least Enthunder instead of Shock Spikes and maybe the WSC to at least 60% DEX(of course STR would be better but Stardiver and Drakesbane are already STR and VIT sucks, at least DEX would fit the whole Lightning Elemental theme of Gungnir like Cloudsplitter.)

    I always thought it was nuts how short the aftermath on Gate of Tartarus was.
    My crappy MP build puts me at 2200 MP on SMN so Myrkr restores 440 MP at 100%, the refresh effect would have to be about 65-75MP/tick to match. I know Myrkr doesn't do damage but it feels very disproportionate. Myrkr you can do at a distance, GoT requires you to be in range of AoEs. 20 seconds is around 50 MP, you can do better with spirit taker.

    i like if they're going to tweak weapon skills all over.

    some progression is not too bad but the sad thing is that at endgame you only have a couple of options to work with. different mods and base dmg would help to change things up a lot.

    New posts from Fojito and Matsui. Matsui's is about Atomos, though it's hard to tell what he's saying overall. Something about high tier BFs, repeatable fights, etc. Also goes on to mention (I think?) that it'll be like Odin and Alexander, and designed to drastically change the course of the battle. Sounds like we're getting this in July, or sometime after it.

    Fujito's seems to address a concern about Twilight gear working from the Mog Wardrobe. Not sure what all he's saying tbh.

    One mentions that since throwing isn't the main source of damage for anyone, that they won't be considering throwing WSs. But to enable throwing to land, they'll be adding ilvl throwing weapons. Also mention of a new element for Nin to make throwing viable, since throwing isn't meant to be nothing to them. Maybe there's something to those requests for shuriken procs ala Mnks and Kick Attacks.

    Something about Lamia No. 9 in besieged? Haven't done it in forever so no idea wtf they're talking about, something with magic attacking her causing her lvl to rise and become too powerful.

    Adding Paeon V to other sources, and increasing it's drop rate from the ENM.

    That mushroom they've been talking about for the Doopy Dorwin jug pet is being added to funguars in the areas in June.

    Just Google-fu, hopefully Kincard swings by to give better insight/details about what they're saying.

    Edit: And a 5th post, confirming that Geo/Run mythic WSs won't be unlockable today, but they will add a way to unlock them in the future.

    Sounds like they'll still be available on the weapons, which will be fine if the weapons are any good. Although it'll suck trying to find out how viable they are until people start getting the weapons 6 months from now.

    I dunno, is it just me? I find these announcements worrying.
    I mean, it would be a cool idea in theory... in another game maybe.
    With the current state of the game, of throwing and of NIN job adding something like that sounds like completely... useless. It would need a huge revamp/rebuild of the job not just a single addition, and it doesn't sound like they're addressing this the right way.
    They should focus their efforts on other things to tweak for NINJA, and I think there are quite many!

    Well they'd need to not only give them skill but also make them not so good damn expensive to use and make ones with the incredibly ridiculous dps that the old ones had. I mean koga had 50 dps back when the best kats had like 12... to make something comparable today you'd basically need a sub 200 delay shuriken with almost 300 damage lol. But we have tons more DD stats/haste now more often so really you'd probably need a like 500/600 dmg shuriken. Or make it so it's good for tp gain I guess

    They'd have to give shurikens retarded stats (like those you said) or retarded bonuses (huge TP return?) to justify the waste of time/delay from shooting instead of tping with your katanas.
    Do you see something that huge happening? Personally I don't.
    Best thing that could happen is we get a NIN only ammo that you'll never throw but you'll use because of the cool stats on it (kinda like Delve bow for SAM? Which is useful not just because you can shoot arrows and stuff, but because of the stats that give you benefit on your GKT)

    Something like this can happen and would be cool I guess, but it would be nothing like the thing they say they'd want to do. It would "just" be a new NIN-only cool item.

    Enhances sange effect to make it fire 10 shurikens per shadow! Will still do less dmg than barrage
