Don't see how double march + madrigal or w/e would suddenly allow avatars to kill things they can't already. Yeah DPS would go up but that means very little when they're only alive for 10-30 seconds at a time on anything remotely high lvl. Maybe 5 bst pets since they have high HP and decent melee damage if awful TP moves. But beast pets and puppets can't be resummoned as quickly as avatars so you'd need some way to keep them alive too. Don't really see anyone throwing pets at stuff simple because of buffs especially if it's timed content.

    Also what are people soloing outside of fodder mobs for CAP with trusts? Yeah you'll be able to use them in some BCs and in Skirmish next update, but that doesn't mean some scrub can go in 555 ra'kaznar skirmish with trusts and be able to win. 6 man pts of real players are capable of failing 111 runs. I'm sorry you're sad about there not being more alliance content but please don't cry that everyone "just solos and plays with trust NPC" because there's low man content in this game.
    The fuck are you talking about?

    You will need m.acc+20 on nearly every slot of hagondes to make up for no nirvana, but yeah it's not a requirement.
    With my ACC build and pet food I can actually hit quite well in delve 2, I can break 1.1k ACC with aftermath 1 + pet food + acc build.
    Nirvana does do less damage than the MAB+120 staves but not by much, it's so little of a difference that I never notice. It's no more than a few hundred points. It also has massive m.acc to make up for the slight decrease in damage, so it should perform better on high level content.
    Also if they release like 20-30 more MAB in non weapon slots I believe Nirvana will beat the MAB+120 options, but again it's so close it basically doesn't matter.

    I also agree that the reason they don't give pet jobs buffs is because they don't want to have SMN x4 + COR + BRD. At this point that's just a stupid arguement since they clearly have no issue with MNKx3 WHM BRD COR. Is it really so horrible that we replaced the WHM with a SMN..?

    Why? Does level +2 really give 120 Magic Accuracy?

    smns who dont do bp's at cap all the while playing like their main job is whm in the mean time (curing w/capped or nearcapped curecast/pot/hasting/na'ing/ect) arent worth a spot. nirvana doesnt change this.

    My m.acc set for debuffs is:

    main="Nirvana",
    sub="Vox Grip",
    head="Con. Horn +1",
    neck="Caller's Pendant",
    ear1="Andoaa Earring",
    ear2="Smn. Earring",
    body="Call. Doublet +2",
    hands="Regimen Mittens",
    ring2="Fervor Ring",
    back="Samanisi Cape",
    waist="Cimmerian Sash",
    legs="Glyphic Spats +1",
    feet="Artsieq Boots"

    If nirvana is giving around m.acc +50 (guesstimate) then from my set you'll have to replace head, body, and legs to make up for it. Armor would be +27 m.acc assuming that 1 SMN skill = 0.8 m.acc and weapon would be +15 for a total of +42.
    I still get some resists using Diamond Storm on Ircinraq with this set.

    For magical BP Rage, you're going to lose a lot of damage making up the m.acc. I think you lose around 48 MAB and BP dmg +12%

    And to bukadan, I'm not 100% sure what you're saying. I don't think there are any SMNs that play like WHM anymore. If you have the ability to cast heals/haste/-na spells and you're not doing something critical at the time then you should help in any way you can. I have a cure potency set, fastcast set and a nuking set. You shouldn't ignore any part of your job or SJ, /SCH I can toss out 700-1.2k nukes on many of the lesser delve NMs as well as help cure or heal bad status effects.

    In our last post we indicated that the drop rates of Wailing Stones would not be affected significantly, but based on player feedback we have discussed it once again. Because parties where players may lock lotting on certain items isn't uncommon, adjusting drop rates can affect the recruitment rate of these parties significantly.

    Because we wish to make it so that players can comfortably play the content and not make it harder for players to form parties, we may make further adjustments when the July update comes. With this adjustment, Wailing Stones will drop at the same rate they would have before the June update, but Ghastly Stones will drop less often as a result.
    Old stones should never even have been Skirmish 1 stones should never even have been considered loot for skirmish 3.

    JPs getting some kind of forum event it looks like. Google calls it "A Wish to Strip." It looks to be some kind of a comic strip contest, though I can't make out any of the details, but I see the entry window is June 24th-July 6th, and some mention of in game prizes.

    Experience gains from vanquishing monsters will be doubled for the duration, providing the perfect excuse to get out in the world, cull some of Vana'diel's most fearsome threats, and earn rewards for your efforts. Whether your goal is trying out a new job, earning merit points to strengthen your character, leveling your fellow in Seekers of Adoulin areas, or purchasing trigger items for high-tier mission battlefields, there's something for adventurers of all stripes to gain!
    I know a lot of people are bad at reading but that kinda says it's just double exp, I think their header is just trying to be creative, without crossing any possible copyright crap.

    Camate said rdm is getting new enhancing and enfeebling spells besides haste2 in july. One of which said will be an evasion/magic evasion down spell(hopefully combined). It should probably stack with gravity since gravity is its own effect. Even if it's -30, it should stack with saboteur for like -45-60 and stack with -40 from gravity. -80-100ish evasion provides a larger boost to hit rate than madrigals and hunters roll i think. Would turn a 60% hit rate into a 95% hit rate, letting dds eat meat. The -m.eva would let nukers land with less m.acc and magic ws to hit for full more often. Exciting, might be worth sticking 1 rdm in the alliance just for grav2+new debuff and dia 3.

    Would definitely say it has more potential for the job than Haste II. Now I'm just wondering what the other implied buff magic might be.

    I'm hoping for Temper II/Saber castable on others in pt. Would be same potency but castable on other people like how Phalanx II works. Maybe better duration so we can cast it on 2-3 people and have it last for 8-10 min woth composure+gear. Maybe Might/Faith which are in the .dats since forever. Atk+acc for Might, M.acc/matk for Faith. Also reflect :/

    Lol at them being worried about people buffing safely in a corner to complete the Daily buff allies RoE... really you're concerned about 300 sparks and 1500 xp a real day safely gotten....
