    In order to further reduce the difficulty, we will be adjusting the content involved in upgrading the Coin weapons
    100% dice/residue drop-rate with better chance of pouch please. 0/15 on either dropping last night before I said fuck it and went on a WKR farm. VSmite will have to wait.

    Hmm armor going to +1 versions. This can be quite insane. Many of the pieces are just slightly below or equal to current proper gear solutions now. Coupled with the relative ease of upgrading a piece (you can effectively max out 5 per run with normal mode orbs, easy battle (2 guaranteed plus the 3-4 additional drops) or do 3 other orbs / 5 for nq upgrades), this can be rather earth shattering O.o

    I wonder if the artifact gear would be upgraded from the mission fights or would they offer high level versions of old items....

    With their obsession with being able to land a spells whose duration is usually at least a minute more than once in 30 seconds I'm beginning to wonder if they are using devs from another game entirely

    the rdm sp idea would make sense if you want to counteract chainspell, hundted fists, mighty strikes and others if the rdm sp would allow to bypass the immunity mobs have, granted the debuff would stick for the whole unresisted duration. then yeah the sp could make sense but as it is now nope.

    Or if it was a duration it would be halfway decent even as is (though basically be doing the same thing as blms without the minus emnity and only for enfeebles).

    The little testing I saw in the math parts and some conjecture on my part almost makes it sound something like first base hit rate is determined by meva vs macc comparison or in some cases a set hit rate of 0. Then for mobs that aren't completely immune things like stymie and immunobreak add some amount of hit rate to that to get a final hit rate. Resist traits most likely being subtracted out the same way. But needs a lot of testing to see how that theory pans out. But if that's the case it's basically a free immunobreak which is nice but not sure it's really sp2 material

    Not surprised there's going to be AF 119 armor, especially after seeing only 5/10 of the chapters were in this update for 109 level gear. Having relic/emp armor being the 119 means that pieces we already had +2'd will get a new lease on life, filling the roles they did pre-Adoulin.

    I'm betting we'll see an AF+1 for RUN/GEO at the same time via similar methods.

    Sorry, I mean Windower-run POL. Really it's just POL doing it; I don't know why I'm even mentioning Windower as it seems to be doing it while trying to run it without Windower as well.

    i find it funny that enough people have complained about woe (drop rates/content difficulty) because ive been able to solo/duo all the way up to flux 14 back when i was using a borealis after that update that weakened it. (made like 70m that week before others followed me to walk of echoes and started undercutting me to shit -_- fucking leeches. they wouldnt go up unless i was there or the jp's were which was bullshit) it takes about 3 hours to net a stack of each, doing 11->13->11->13 ect, spamming just 13 is stupid because you have wait, and anyone who goes back to 13 and waits while you suggest to do 11 in the meantime might as well wear a shirt that says "I am stupid"

    +1 of the updated AF armor has me excited.. gives me even more reason to update all of my old AF. With Relic and Empy Armor on the way I should get them ready as well. This is exciting the completionist in me.

    I hope the next batch of ultimate weapon skills doesn't favor MNK and SAM like every other ultimate weapon type. Just seems like every time they implement a new batch of WS, MNK and SAM pretty much get the cream of the crop, leaving Scythe and Polearm to the wayside. Have to admit that Stardiver, Quietus, Camlann's Torment, Entropy are pretty lackluster compared to Fudo, Shoha, Victory Smite, Shijin. While I'm happy that we can use Emp WS now, I just feel like the only jobs that gained any kind of performance boost from this were THF, DNC COR, SAM, MNK, SCH/BLM(utility) and WHM(utility) and Bow RNG

    gun rng didn't really need it. Getting last stand was crazy when it did. Now it's not quite as big compared to other options for gun but still rather nice. And if they had done this pre soa unlocking wildfire would have been awesome but soa has murdered magical ws since there base dmg from lvl hasn't gone up while physicals from weapon has doubled.

    On that note I'd say smn probably benefitted too as did pup. Swd users maybe if only for another option than req.

    Yes, but the scythe-user has Resolution to fall back on, so it's mostly irrelevant.

    DRG is always going to be lackluster until you bite the bullet and create a Ryuno. Sure, your damage is respectable and you should be trying to maximize it, but you're there because of Angon. It's a pet job with incredible offensive utility; they're never going to make it a powerhouse.

    RNG still isn't keeping up with most DD in the absence of a piercing weakness, so I'd say some help is warranted. Their niche, aside from low enmity and position, has always been outrageous WS damage. In the past this may have been helpful, but now every job and its mother can do similar WS damage, so the white damage deficit is glaringly obvious.
