    If a job's Emp WS is garbage, we've known it for years, most people wouldn't have bothered making the appropriate Emp/WoE, and nothing of value is lost or gained. I'm not gonna say I think MNK or SAM need the boost they got here, but that doesn't mean the unlocks shouldn't have happened.

    I wouldn't say every job and it's mother can do similar ws dmg. If you run ws numbers assuming capped pdifs last stand should have a decent lead except against mnk, war, drk, Ryuno drgs, sam, probably pld, run, and bst in there too. I mean it's not like it's omg 50% more dmg than everything else not listed but a good 20% or more

    You just said Last Stand is up there, and then said except for against 7.5 (ryuno is .5) out of the 15 DD/non-mage jobs lol.

    Technically I said not every job and it's mother could produce similar numbers. I'd say 7.5/21 qualifies as not every job. It should still also beat a good half of those just not by much. Part of the problem isn't so much the ws as mnk war drk and sam all get good DD abilities that up their dmg regardless of the weaponskill which sadly rng doesn't get. Sadly the few DD abilities/traits it get don't help it's ws with capped pdif. Would be awesome if double shot or dead aim could proc on ws. Or mythic AM3

    Should add double shot as a 10% trait and make it work on ws imo. Make it the proper ranged version of DA.

    Not an entirely invalid one I suppose, but honestly they added like what, like 10 battlefields so really it wouldn't even be as bad as the congestion that happened with Salvage II?

    Not to mention given the way content has gone like they said and there hasn't been much point to xping in soa and normal xp is horrible and abyssea you xp so fast you don't get much in the way of seals I doubt most people had all that many seals to begin with except the people that were hoarding since BCNMs were kinda outdated. But the 3 day campaign probably ate alot of those.

    And speaking of which why would a 3 to 1 trade for new battles be a congestion concern when just using old seals and even lowering the exchange rate on seals for 3 days only wasn't? I mean in that campaign we had more seals to use for it since better exchange or no need to exchange and the time limit made it so we had to go then and there. And it wasn't that bad

    its a totally invalid point played now for 3 days several hours hunting blu spells, doing quests and other stuff and have like what 3? The non exchange part is an artificial cockblock so we grind more, the dev excuse for it is a total garbage lie. Congestions my ass. there might be slight congestions during JP prime time on some servers maybe, but definitly not during NA and EU prime.

    Given that it's likely the only place boxes come from, they probably just want to restrict the amount of RME items coming in. That said, I doubt they want to openly say "that's the only place boxes come from" if it is the case.

    Boxes hardly matter when half the server is in a single WKR putting drops into the economy.

    Depending on the drop rate/box amount, yes it does, especially since they only require six people.

    No. They matter a shitton. You do realize how huge of an impact this would have on the market if we suddenly found out grinding seals could result in pouches that have 15+ items inside with a possible 99 as a max amount, right?

    There is also the problem that rem mats are not 100% from WKR (afaik) and even if 4/5 of 100 people got one that would still be matched by my four boxing chapulis over 6-8hrs -- and I'm just one of many that is currently doing this. It's not like wkr are shitting items into the economy because, at least on leviathan, you probably don't see more than 2-3 wkr shouts a day w/ jps included. That amount will only go down as the content gets older. If seals could be exchanged for the possibility boxes it would have a far more significant impact on the current market than wkrs do by a long shot.


    That being said, it's still a complete unknown whether or not they even come from the new bcs (or are in the game yet) but I still find myself agreeing with the devs -- consider the fact that some people have the literal capped amount of seals you can trade the npc.

    I can understand the idea of not wanting us to be able to exchange our seals and spam the BCs right away, but SE should have released the new seals with the Oct. update to at least give us a chance to collect a few.

    I thought the inability to trade crests upwards this update was simply so we wouldn't exhaust the content so quickly. In December, they will add the exchange system and more people will be update their artifact armor faster in preparation for the 119 versions.

    they never talked of the december update for a possible exchange implementation, they said "in a future version update" that might be in 6 months or more.

    Ya the BCs are rly congested atm, can barely get in ! Areas lagging, JPs forming lines, NA ppl skipping - it's like Roundel Earring BC all over...

    it could have been if u could trade up your old seals. then again, theres a whole lot of zones to work with instead of just 1. they've been overcautious on certain things of late. i think people remember the NNI restrictions when it was initially introduced right
