Because jp people do not have their own tools that they work hard so that they can remain jp onry, inorite?!?
I'm pretty sure that they have been spam reporting me. I've had two GMs send me tells while I'm afk (in my mog house) in the last few days.

Funny because I was in dynamis-bubu last night, there were 2 people at Ravens, so I moved to Crawlers, and there was one JP at the crawlers up top, but the crawlers at the bottom were dead (you cant get from the bottom crawlers to the top in a timely fashion legitimately)
Did either of you get the sack/shell glitch but not get a replacement in your dbox?
Yeah I lost my linkshell with the unity update, I figured it was for that but why would they send tell instead of just dboxing it.
The damage is pretty meh given the 146ish MP cost, doing more or less the same as Subduction but like 6x the MP costAs Molting Plumage will deal a considerable amount of damage in a fan-shaped AoE, we have not added the dispel or knockback effect as an additional effect. Considering how powerful this blue magic will be for blue mage, if we were to add the dispel effect it would become too strong compared to other blue magic.
True. In other news, after complaining on OF about new food, turns out the new food give m.acc to players and pets, the bean gives pet haste as well. Great for bst, dunno if it's good for pup or smn. They said the rolanberry one gives player and pet m.acc but womder by how much(he said very slight boost for players) but the only other macc food are the crepes with i think pear or chocolate giving a whopping 4 or 5 m.acc.
I always laugh when people haste me on SMN.
Yeah Ophannus i posted in the other thread, that you mentioned pet food in, that OF post and there is some testing in that same post already if you want to check that out.
I guess the foods kinda have a niche, the M.acc one could be good for SMN and the haste one for BST, but I was honestly hoping for some acc+150-1800 pet foods :/
My Wyvern parses ~60% accuracy with Shiromochi+1 in Woh Gates. I'd be happy if they made pet acc/atk an ilvl stats so jobs like PUP BST and DRG wouldn't have to sacrifice their acc options for pet options. Like Regimen Mitts would be sweet if they also had player acc+20 on them, or if Buremte Gloves had Pet acc+20. Basically, adding pet acc/atk/haste to stat vomit would be cool.
Yeah SE seems rather big on you choosing between your pet or you nowadays. The macc might be kinda cool for bst assuming it helps in landing infrasonics
I got one JP on BLM. I've done little in Adoulin short of missions and unlocking GEO. Not much outside Adoulin gives CP. I'm still wearing sparks gear, so most people won't take me to events, and I've only actually gotten useful advice on a gear set to pursue today, after asking for weeks. I put in a couple of 2 hour chunks a week if I can, and maybe a 4 hour chunk on Saturdays. My SAM and WHM are approaching their fist JP, but those are the only other jobs I use in Adoulin. So far I've done a few lair and colonization reives, about 5 skirmish runs, and each of the WKRs once. My focus since getting back into the game after a forced year break has been mission completion, and Adoulin's systems were overwhelming after missing the first 6-7 months, so I stayed out after getting the job I could. I have a hard enough time just getting current high level gear, much less getting points needed to wear the gear. I only got up to Teal armor while Adoulin was current, and completed my Empyrean +2 a week before they released RoE and sparks gear. I was in mixed AF and Relic when they released Abyssea. A max level set has never been something I've had when the max level has been available, due to either not having the levels, or not having the gil to buy the stuff, or not being brought into events because my gear was too weak.
And the number of hours people say would be needed to get the JP to unlock Su1, that's months (or worse) for me, for one job, if earning JP was all I spent my time on. That's horrible.
Sounds like you should play a less time-intensive game?
I had more time when I was younger, it's just that my Alaskan time zone, having a retail job with a different schedule every week, with only 3 days notice of the next week schedule, and mainly having time to play after 10 PM my time, meant I didn't get any static groups to work with, and picking BLM as my main meant that ToAU killed my grouping options. The reason I still play is they have made it easier to clear the missions, which was something I always wanted to do but never could before iLevel gear, and I have some friends in the game still. I'm finding at the point I am in Adoulin though, that sparks gear isn't enough if I have to solo my fights.
FFXI has been in my life for 12 years. I have no idea what else I would go to, and I chose it because it was a console game, as I didn't having a gaming PC at the time. No other MMO appeals, or works so well with a controller.
