And I won't be surprised when Su2 is 215+. The last time they added new gifts they were all after previous ones, despite a lot of people thinking they might fill in the gaps. Say, between 60 and 80.

Isn't the 200 tier free at the moment? We have su1 at 50, job specific buffs at 100/150, likely Su2 at 200.
Yeah it jumps from 180 to 205.
I really wouldn't expect them to retroactively mix it in the middle. It's clear this is there new let's lvl some more so they will probably just add another one on. I expect the gaps between gifts to increase as well
Seems too soon to add another 2 categories and 100 points worth of gifts. Most players barely have 100 JP on one job.
As far as I can tell, most english players on my server aren't close to 100jp even on a single job.
If this double CP is permanent then it shouldn't be hard for anyone. Not sure if they are going to though, I hope so. You can get CP from doing normal things like Dynamis or Delve or it only takes a few 1~2hr CP party grind sessions to get to 100 JP.
It's a pain to get CP on mage jobs(unless you're creative i.e melee sets on RDM or BRD), otherwise have to suck it up and grind with other people which can be very hit or miss literally :/
Depends how you farm them. I topped out at 510k CP/hr during the double campaign with an automated solo+Trusts BLM in Inner Ra'Kaznar. My GEO gets about the same.
Why would it be permanent? The campaign notes say it ends on the 26th.
The amount of capacity points you get from dynamis, RoE, skirmish, etc. is negligible. Aside from mindless grinding of trash mobs, the only way to earn JP at a decent rate are incursion/delve, not many people are able to do a substantial amount of those events on the jobs they want the JP/gifts for.
No it isn't negligible during double CP, I just did a Delve and got 1 JP. Permanent because I recall during one of the live interviews they said they were thinking about doing that. With ring you can get 1 JP per dynamis, etc it adds up. You can do JP farming on any job... even mages like BLM with acuex and such.
Cast -aja magic at the Acuex/Leech camp. Use Thunder magic and an MAcc build against the one Ironclad head so he doesn't break chain.
That 510k/hr is with full gifts, a 50% cape, and the doubling campaign.
Ok if you are going to be a dick, look at the part where I mentioned Dynamis? You can get it from everything even Skirmish like Outer Ra' can give you decent JP during campaign and gil as well from stones.
That's the E-G 11 area right? Gather them up first or just aja since they are already somewhat close? You have automation that fights different mobs differently? Man I need to get something better than lol. Oh and which trusts? And for geo just do ra IIs instead of ja?
I feel like I remember SE using the term "Ally" before (maybe for dnc or blu) way back when. And this same question came up. After that update, it turned out to mean any player (AKA friendlies). As in an ally against the bad guys in general. I guess I dont think the translators think that using a word like "Ally" can easily be confused with "Alliance Member" like it does for us for some reason.
So during a double campaign, a hardcore player (probably with a +50% cape and a bunch of CP gifts already unlocked) can earn a grand total of one JP from two hours in dynamis? Wow awesome.
And yes, I've done plenty of outer raz skirmish, the CP rates are similarly shitty.
