Well they ruined the strategic element of Rudra's Storm you may as well just spam it at 100% now. At least Mercy Stroke is useful again as it's now the better WS to spam with thanks to the +40% WS damage from Mandau.

Yeah still don't think Mandau is worth using though. Also I'm not sure spamming it at 1000 tp is the way to go, at least not with SA or TA up.

I don't know about Ipetam specifically, but heard it was a pretty good option.

Evisceration is 50% DEX, ~10 fTP, and it can crit. I bet it's better than Rudra's for 1000 TP spamming at the moment.
