Dear GOD do I hope simple pattern recognition is how they do R4~7 of the Mog Garden.
It's clear that Cheers are how Trusts are supposed to be adjusted by players...
But given Capacity Points... With only one Cheer... Ain't no one gonna use the nonlimascabra Cheers.

    And if it went as:
    R1: +1 baby
    R2: +1 Cheer
    R3: +1 baby
Then it stands to reason that:
    R4: +1 Cheer
    R5: +1 baby
    R6: +1 Cheer
    R7: +1 baby
Giving us 4 baby slots and 3 cheer slots when all is said and done...
The ~4 baby slots I think is a safe bet, given how large the rearing grounds are.
Hopefully in a few weeks, we'll have a second Cheer. (I realize that it'll just be taken up by Uragnite or a new +>3% cheer, but if a second happens, then a third will... And since the game is going into maintenance, maybe they'll give a 4th cheer with a 4th baby.)

    EDIT:

    CP+4% anyone?
    /sigh

I hope both Mog safes will be accessible from both floors of Mog House btw, or it's gonna be annoying.
Judging from the thumbnail, it looks like they're doing what they should have done with the Mog Garden: kill the old zone and replace it with a new one.
And given that it's a Safe for +80 furniture... It'll most likely be looked through everywhere. (I wonder if they'll adjust zone loading order with the bags so the inaccessible ones load last... Maybe they already do. Never really tried looking into that.)

I dunno. When I first saw The Sanctuary of Zi'Tah I thought it was one of the most beautiful zones in the game, at that time.
Now I think it's one of the zones that shows the technical limits of such an old 3D engine the most, possibly out of all the zones.
    So... yeah.

But w/e, no space for complaints at this point in life of the game lol

    New info on Erilaz Galea:
No there's no typo. Yes the first question a JP player asked is what you'd think. Probably gonna have to wait till tomorrow to see how they explain this.

Status Ailments Removed when using Vivacious Pulse:
    Poison/Paralyze/Blind/Silence/Mute/Curse/Bane/Doom/Virus/Plague/Petrification

Petrification oddity aside, if it reliably removes doom then that's pretty awesome. Also, removing mute. o.o. I wonder if st20 falls under curse for this?

Wish it had at least been monstrosity, at least that was fun and had loads of potential.
I know... everyday I wonder why they seemed to drop monstrosity for monster rearing

Depends on how many runes I suppose. If it's all 3 then you probably already had a decent chance to resist but back up is nice. Anyways did anyone see that mute? Wont that be the first thing that can remove it?

It *CAN* cure one of those status ailments, but it's random.

How do you heal petrification if you're petrified and can't use the ja??

I thought it was based on the runes you have up...

They might have an influence as far as I know (like raising/lowering rates) but as far as what they've told us, it's random.
Not like they didn't feed us with wrong information before... so yeah.

    But here's the reference anyway.

It's not clear btw. The way it's worded it could mean that it always cures at least one status effect between those it can cures, but if you have multiple ones on, which one will be healed is random.
Or it could mean that it MIGHT heal one status effect from that list.
Or it could mean something else... no clue =/

It could technically be coded to remove petrify, and the list of ailments removed was just them reading the statuses from the list in the code.

My only guess is it might remove the count-down type of petrification that some peiste NMs have, the annoying one that slows you down till fully petrified. Normally you have to wait till fully petrified before stona works so maybe it removes that?

Edit: calcifying mist. I remembered the name.

I'd vote for probably not since the first post about it said it removes the same things as removed bah nas... they probably just didn't think that one thru. Kind of like how the fellow npcs could silena themselves.. though that actually ended up working not sure if it still does

    No more Abyssea, please!

I'd rather like to think it might be Dynamis - Zi'tah. But meh.....this is SE we're talking about. It's most likely Abyssea.

The way I interpreted that was that it will always remove one applicable status, and it's just which one it pick that's random. Shouldn't be hard to test, just takes some status-inducing potions and time. If it ever fails to removes the status, then it's chance to remove. if you get a good sample of it always removing one, then it just which status is removed that's randomized.

The ability to counter gradual petrify would also be pretty cool. It's another of those incurable status.

They managed to distinguish silence and mute though, so you'd imaged they'd say gradual petrify if it did cure that.
