Maybe it's something about the new "area of effect display" thing they added a couple of patches ago.
It doesn't work completely with Gearswap/Shortcuts atm, so a lot of players probably didn't even notice it.
Or it could be a change like finally allow geo-buffs to be cast on enemy targets, and geo-debuffs to be cast on friendly targets. But I doubt it honestly.

Most people are assuming a standard increase of 11-12-13-14-15, but it could also be higher or even cap at 10. We won't know until the patch day. If I had to bet my money it would be on the 11-12-13-14-15 though.

Really hoping here (Probably not going to happen, but) maybe at certain enhancing magic tiers, it turns into double and triple attack effects, then double/triple/quadruple attacks?
Perhaps it means they're doing similar to what they did with Warrior's DA JT?
"Lowering" thresholds so that there is a lot more double attacking?
(They also seem to have forgotten that RUN also gets Temper, and with higher JPs it will be "easier" to reach that 550.)
And it seems like they may have ditched the whole supernerf BST thing.... Maybe.
They could just be hiding it since it's negative... But "pet skill chain properties will be adjusted" is positive sounding enough that those not paying attention could see it as a buff.

IIRC the cap for Temper was 500 skill (20% DA). Perhaps they're raising it to 550 and translated it wrong?

They could have also changed the "potency" of the tiers.
I still don't get the SMN's thing either. Someone said in the JP post it mentions "Avatar's Favor"? But I'm not getting how reducing the current CD of 5 mins is gonna be any beneficial though, so probably it's something else?
Yesterday they mentioned Apogee's timer, maybe that's the one they're reducing?
