Quite a difference.
On Asura Snoworb+1 are like 120k and Duskorb+1 over 500k.
And it kinda makes sense if you ask me, Snow stones are easy to drop, if you take the option of doing Cirdas/Rala.
For dusk you have no such a luxury.

I mean to say: If snow become rare (and price goes up) it's because people aren't bothering with Cirdas/Rala, which is something even a couple of friends can easily fix.
There is no such "fix" for dusk stones.


Likewise, if you want to avoid buying stones and want to farm yourself, you have options to easily farm Snow and Leaf, but you don't get such a nice option for dusk.

People here love to spam the shit out of yorcia. There's almost always a shout for 444 or 555 filling up almost instantly during NA or JP primetime hours. Random groups occasionally do Rala, never Cirdas. Cirdas pretty much belongs to my group and a handful of others.

Couple that with the fact that Yorcia is fairly trivial to 2-3 box on 333 in 15-20 minutes if you know what you're doing / have some spare obsidian and dusk starts to become a bit less rare.

It's not that there is a shortage of snow, there isn't. As a primary drop all it takes is 5-6 runs of a t4/5 to pretty much supply the server for an entire day. It's more likely that shout yorcia groups and people lowmanning yorcia is much more common on Fenrir than wherever you're at.

Personally I only ever enter Yorcia if I specifically need gear or if a friend does. The gil return, for me, on dusk is not even close to worth it.

On Odin, +1 Snow stones are 100k-150k, while +1 Dusk stones at 200k-500k (slit are 200k, orb are 500k).

Tbh I think it kinda makes sense that the situation you described is the standard one and the one Sath is experiencing is the exception, and not the other way round.

Have you guys checked recently? Cause I just looked up snow/dusk orbs+1s and for all servers dusk is at least twice as much with many being 3 times as much. Or maybe it's just specific dusk types that aren't as popular? Like I'd assume for dim snow would be more popular than dusk.

Admittedly I haven't looked in like 1.5-2 weeks, but that's how it was for quite a while up until that point. WKR campaign has fucked everything up to the point I haven't even looked at prices for most shit in a while, I just am crafting until it's over.

I checked many other servers, unless I miss something it seems to me the situation is the same pretty much everywhere.
And it DOES make sense for things to be like this.
Less people bother about Rala/Cirdas than Yorcia for sure, but Snow is not hard to come by. You "only" have to do Rala/Cirdas and you'll be flooded with snow stones.
Likewise you can do the same with Yorcia and be flooded with Leaf.
What I'm trying to say is that while not many people may farm Rala/Cirdas, there *IS* an option to farm Snow stones fast and efficiently.
You have no such option for Dusk Stones.
Did 3x 4/4/4 runs yesterday. Wanna know how many duskstones dropped in my chest? Two.
And both were NQ.
Two in three runs.
I did get lucky with a pink acuex and got 1x +2 there, but otherwise that would've been my night.

Mine is just a silly unlucky example, but the point is that there currently is no way to farm dusk efficiently an fast, so of course it makes sense than its price is higher.
There is more or less the same demand there is for stone on the market, but much less availability. Despite the much higher number of people farming Yorcia, that is.

We were literally only talking about +1s not NQ or +2 since that is the only stone applicable to mog pell.

Part of the reason nq snow is so low right now is the adoulin gobbie box. It does not dispense dusk. NQ snowslit/dim were 80-90k pre-campaign.

I think they just means they aren't adjusting what it does.

Also that random infrasonics gimp... one of the few really good jug debuffs if you could land it becomes crap. They really want jugs to only deal dmg I guess.
