Adventurer Appreciation Campaign finally announced, here's this month's information:

The following campaigns will be making their way to Vana'diel starting on Wednesday, May 11 at 1:00 a.m. PDT)

Campaign Period: Wednesday, May 11 at 1:00 a.m. (PDT) to Tuesday, May 31 at 7:59 a.m.

Assault - Nyzul Isle Uncharted Area Survey Mysterious Item Campaign
During the campaign, adventurers will have a chance to acquire new mysterious items whenever defeating a notorious monster on each floor.

Incursion Campaign
During the campaign, monsters and notorious monsters will only drop grand coffers when defeated.

High-Tier Mission Battlefield Campaign
The number of personal drops in the following battlefields will be increased by one, and players will receive either a pluton, a pluton case, a pluton box, a chunk of beitetsu, a beitetsu case, a beitetsu box, a riftborn boulder, a boulder case, or a boulder box.

Reisenjima Geas Fete Equipment Campaign
An additional personal reward will drop from Geas Fete notorious monsters in Reisenjima, providing you with an extra chance to obtain their spoils!

Abjuration Dial Campaign
Receive a Dial Key #Ab once per day upon login! This special key can be traded to a Gobbie Mystery Box NPC in order to spin the special dial and perhaps win a valuable prize!
* Daily Tally will not be consumed upon spinning the dial.
* Only characters for whom at least 45 days have passed since character creation are eligible to use the Gobbie Mystery Box.

The following special campaigns will also go live on Friday, May 13 at 1:00 a.m. (PDT)

Campaign Period: Friday, May 13 at 1:00 a.m. (PDT) to Monday, May 23 at the same hour.

Chain Experience Bonus Campaign
Earn from double to three times the normal amount of experience from experience chains.

Chain Capacity Point Bonus Campaign
Earn from double to three times the normal amount of capacity points from experience chains.

Chain Monstrosity Bonus Campaign
Earn from double to three times the normal amount of experience from experience chains.

Bonus Bayld Campaign
Lair, colonization, and wildskeeper reives will offer evaluation bonuses throughout their duration, doubling bayld and experience gains.
* The maximum amount of bayld and experience available from a single reive remains unchanged.

Increased Seal and Crest Drop Rate Campaign
The amount of seals and crests dropped by applicable monsters will increase with the number of party members, up to a maximum of six!

Wildskeeper Reive Campaign
During this campaign, wildskeeper reives will undergo the following changes to make them more accessible.
- The required fame and bayld cost of the key item required to participate have been reduced.
- Enemies will drop two pinches of high-purity bayld.
- Enemies will drop Mog Kupons AW-WK
- The respawn times for the following notorious monsters have been reduced.
Colkhab / Tchakka / Achuka / Yumcax / Hurkan / Kumhau

Alter Ego Expo
Alter egos will receive the following improvements for the duration of the campaign.
- Alter egos' Maximum HP and MP are increased by 50%.
- Alter egos have stronger resistance to status ailments.

Skirmish Stone and Arcane Glyptics Campaign
Engraving the following items with arcane glyptics will yield better results than before

Skirmish Frenzy Campaign - PLUS!
Skirmishes will undergo the following changes during the campaign.
- Personal treasure coffer ranks will increase much faster.
- The spawn rate of yecuexes will be increased in Alluvion Skirmishes.
- The spawn rate of Balamor's Adumbration will be increased in Skirmish - Yorcia Weald (U).
- Vials of translurry will always be obtainable in Skirmish - Yorcia Weald (U).
- Vials of transmelange are more likely to be obtained in Skirmish – Outer Ra'Kaznar (U).
- The spawn rate of heartwings will be increased in Skirmishes in Yorcia Weald (U) and Outer Ra'Kaznar (U).

but fuck yeah double xp and merit fight campaign. Incursion campaign too, im gonna load up on coffers this time around.

ngl, I could use the alluvion skirmish gear. The Taeon set is still somewhat useful for THF and BLU (in my case).

yeah, taeon set is still useful for pup as well, for pet tanking set. -4% DT, 3 regen, and pet att/acc or defense or what have you is pretty sweet.

3 regen? Psh I'm all about that 5 DA life. But yeah pretty awesome still idle in 4/5 for pup. Slightly worse than rao+1 for pure your dmg don't matter at all tanking but much cheaper (maybe) and better for actually dealing dmg while still being really great for tanking

Can do some decent work in that the campaign increases pinkblob spawn rates and you'll be seeing a shitload of simulacra parts from the WKR campaign.

So if you were paying attention to this months campaign announcements you see it was midnight PDT and JST this time when it started but daily stuff still resets at JST... so yeah if you remembered to log in between 1-8 PDT extra AB key for you

SP Dial Campaign: Once per day, players will obtain a Dial Key SP. The equipment rate from the dial is unchanged.
Adoulin Dial Campaign: Adoulin dial is added to the mystery box and the equipment rate is increased.
Wanted Dial Campaign: Wanted dial is added to the mystery box and the equipment rate is increased.
Abjuration Dial Campaign: Once per day, players will obtain a Dial Key Ab. The equipment rate from the dial is unchanged.

Simply put, for campaigns where an extra type of dial is added to the box, the equipment rate will be increased.

It’s also worth noting when using Dial Key SPs, players also receive equipment at a higher rate than usual.

Is it just me, or are the two bolded statements completely contradicting? Or is this poorly translated and they mean when theres a campaign that adds a new dial to the gobbiebox, the equipment rate from the special dial is raised, but using a SP Gobbie Key will always grant enhanced equipment rates regardless of any campaigns?

I think they mean that the equipment rate from the dial itself is unchanged, but the key is boosted (in reference to those two statements).

If we were to rewrite that - under my interpretation - it says:

SP Dial Campaign = 1 key w/ boosted rate; "special dial" on chest stays normal.
Adoulin Dial Campaign = Adoulin dial added; equipment rate is increased.
Wanted Dial Campign = Wanted dial added; as above.
Abj dial Campaign = 1 #Ab key, dial stays normal. (but this one is weird because i don't recall there being an abjuration dial? but I hardly use daily tally either.)

Yeah it's basically letting you know you don't get an extra boost during campaigns. Everything works like it normally works you just get a key for free each day

When they talk about increased rate, they are talking about the equipment rate from using the special dial, yes. So when you're using the SP key you're getting something from the SP Dial pool, but at an increased equipment rate.

Nothing about if the campaign and the key stack in any way, but I'm guessing they don't.

Theres no point in hoarding SP Keys though, guess I can burn though all of mine lol
