That last guy did actually ask if he could still profit from the team as an absentee owner and Silver didn't really say no, so I suspect he would if the board of governors doesn't vote to remove him.

I don't think anyone will side with Sterling, but if the vote is kept private I could see some owners, like Cuban, voting against this because of the precedent it sets.
