Spurs hold the Warriors to 74 points. No Curry cause his ankle is glass.

Warriors also held the Spurs to 76 points. The silver lining for the Warriors is, the defense kept the game close without Curry in the game. Shows just how far the Warriors have come defensively.

Yeah it was an ugly win. The Warriors have an excuse. The Spurs have a Win. Guess which one matters more at the end of the year.

To be fair, still just 6 games into the season. But yes, I agree a win matters more at the end of the season. This loss really stings when we were that close. That stretch of consecutive long rebounds from the Spurs possession near the end was a bitch.

Edit: The Warriors really need to beat the Spurs in San Antonio before Tim Duncan retires or he'll go to the Hall of Fame without a single lost to Golden State at home in the regular season, lol.
