No, you just have an issue understanding this.

You can now get a full WoE weapon without doing NMs, and this requires 30 coins, 100 die, 100 pouches.

The "old path" is still there with lower costs.

Where did you see the case? Off the boss?

Are the items dropping randomly? Like, even distribution of Mythic/Relic/Empyrean upgrade items?

Edit 2: Zoning a few times finally cleared it up. I guess if you have the same problem try zoning 2-3 times.

The case dropped from Supernal Chapuli outside of fracture, haven't fought the same NM twice yet so can't tell if you can get alll 3 from same nm.

check your active quests for white gate, is "Coming full circle" complete or incomplete?

It's not that there's a reive in the way from morimar and marjami; there's a one-way drop. The only way to the new area is through Yorcia.
