On Xbox but haven't played much MP, both because of SP and some life issues. My tag is mc Lochlan if you want to add me.
People taking forever to ready up drove me ballistic in ME3 too.

What's the deal with completing apex missions yourself in multi-player? Can you do them multiple times?

The quality of the various side quests for this game is pretty high. Some easy, some hard as hell. The boss fight at the end of leaving an impression took me forever.
I'm not sure if I want to hate or love this game.
Certain parts of it are very fun, the combat is fast and satisfying, but the writing aside from a few characters is fucking terrible

In fairness, the characters have carried every game except ME1.
Been playing my boy the Krogan Vanguard. Jetpack/jumpjet makes it even more fun to play than in ME3
I can't find the entry point to one of these damn Kadara monoliths, wtf.
edit: It's like ffxi, complain and get your drop...found it.
You can make some monumentally stupid weapons with the crafting system
Tracking projectiles that explode on hit w/ infinite ammo and 4 mod slots
You can craft weapons?

Add me if you are down for some gold matches. I haven't had a single match without one or two people below level 10 with an apex rating below 100. Getting real tired of it.
Found a...I don't want to call it a glitch, but it's a hell of an oversight for a AAA title. Did the main story up to the point where I went to Kadara, landed on the planet, and got the main story and a few sidequests initiated. Then I went back to the Tempest to check email/Strike Teams/AVP before I logged off for the night. I immediately got a cutscene with my crew talking about what I had done on Kadara (I haven't done it yet...) and opening up sidequests and the next part of the main story...even thought I hadn't yet done anything on Kadara that the squad was talking about. That is a pretty damn inexcusable thing to let stay in the game.
I just hit this recently too, and there seems to be quite a few glitches along this line associated with Kadara. Before even going to the planet there was ambient conversations on the Nexus about my actions there.
The game is absolutely a mess, but the good stuff is enough to override the bugs and oddities for me.
I don't see a need to upgrade anything yet, for me at least. Run and gun seems to work just fine.
At least outside of Insanity, I doubt it's really necessary. But goddamn is it fun with some of the weapons you can make, like my aforementioned Valkyrie or also a Dhan Shotgun with tracking projectiles that can one-shot any enemy without shields or armor (1200+ attack power)
I didn't need to upgrade until I found my first Remnant Architect. I believe the enemies scale to you so probably around level 12 or so is where you'll start to notice it.
