So wait, November 13 is that before or after the anniversary event? Need to know if/how fast I have to bust out 10 levels in order to participate in the MC and SS/TM things.

It's hard to say, it's a really weird date to release given what they announced. Either the anniversary even is gonna be before which means it's only gonna be a like a week long, or it's on the actual anniversary which is like November 23rd giving people only 10 days to level to max.

EDIT: the mentioned in the original release that Molten Core was going to be for max level. Also it will be exactly 6 years from the release of WOTLK.
