All of it, at least all of it for a 99 weapon.
What's the best way to go about this? Dual boxing required for anything in particular?
Preferably information on the best way to get each trial item too.

Red Mage can solo every flux but 15 (which I would estimate that a trio would be the minimum).
From my experience, 11 gives the most dice, and 13 gives the most residue.
My mage gear is pretty horrible / not at skill cap so I would have to take in a melee, or I could take in a dual box with WHM, would that work?
Dual Boxing should work for most of the fluxes (All? I dunno how much of a roadblock resisting less spells/status effects would be).
PUP works for the majority of fluxes.
I bet even MNK/DNC with a good set of skirmish gear could do the majority of them (remember you get many temps).
Dualboxing is still better nonetheless because you get double the chances to get stuff you want from the final chests.
I found that #9(turul type) is pretty easy to solo on mnk/dnc for die purses, the behemoth and herpie ones are just about soloable for residue purses, but take a lot longer to die and i died a few times occasionally, but my gear isn't perfect
Harpies can easily kill you if you get hit by that move that blocks you from using items and removes all your gear.
RUN can solo every conflux besides 15 with relative ease if you have that geared decently, with a WHM it'd be a snoozefest.
Just putting this into perspective for those who arent aware, without gear their melee attacks will reach 800+ dmg per swing on you. However, good news is that only Ligeia does it, so have fanatics up for that Harpie, or make sure to stun it.
Spoiler: show
You can also outrun it if you start going as soon as you see the charging animation. That's how I do it on RUN. If you get hit just keep running, she won't be able to catch you since she stops to attack even if you're out of range.
I'm not 100% but, like you said, I think you can Violent Flourish that.
Or if you have temps you can just laugh in her face of course.
Can you do this in the same room? Or do you need to have cleared stuff around a bit?
I managed to do that (same room) a few times, but other times either I ended up in range of another Harpeia passing by, or she started casting spells from distance.
When you're in that state it doesn't take much to kill you, sadly... Doesn't help that the way they path around isn't always the one you'd expect.
So yeah, in the end I just started using temps for Ligeia, or stunning her, or storing TP before the fight and going all out (doesn't really take that much to kill her, especially if you can do a strong L3 SC)
I leave her for last. Should be able to use one room at that point with almost no problems, can use the hallways to outrange spells. Surefire? No, but you'll be able to do it a majority of the time, and it's pretty fun.
I usually go Zilant -> Ampithere -> Naraka -> Harpies -> if I have time, I slide Iron Giants in there. Battuta is ridiculous for all of them, you won't get hit by most of their TP moves or melee attacks, making it pretty simple to zerg them down.
You're making me want to go on my RUN :D
Which SJ do you use? /SAM or /NIN?
/NIN should be pretty ridiculous with the added FC merits to Vallation/Valiance.
Altough those WoE bosses have TPmoves as basic attacks and many other tp moves that would rip through your shadows so I'm not sure if it would be that useful in the end.
I use /WHM for -na spells and Haste
PUP/WAR with WHM frame makes Walk of Echoes ridiculously easy. I've finished off two weapons to 99 (h2h and bow that I had made back in the old days) and I'm now working on Sword and Dagger. (I have the +2 weapons from before for those) And after that I'll start making some of the other weapons whose weaponskills are halfway decent. Ukko's, Fudo, Blade: Hi, Wildfire
I just do a circuit of 9 and 13 (Amphipteres & Harpies) and I usually get a pouch every 3 runs or so. Sometimes I get a pouch back to back, which is nice. And if I'm needing Coins for whatever, #5 (Wyverns & Hydra) is a cakewalk.
A Pouch every 3 runs? I envy you. I got like 3-4 pouches after 2 days of heavy WoEing (like more than 60 runs, tbh at least 80).
All of this for, I think, 1 pouch of liminal, 2 pouches of Dices and some single ones here and there (and 2x Windbuffet Belts lol)
Tried different jobs, mainly SMN and PUP and I can confirm I found PUP/WAR with WHM pet way more enjoyable, fast and efficient than SMN.
i only went to woe when there was barely anyone there before the WS update because i felt like when there was anyone else there my drops would be considerably less than when there was alot of people. this may or may not be true but i felt like when my chartacters got 8k+ exp i got much better rewards (npcables too, which i brought in for because npcing the shitty items would add up to be like 200-300k a 2h~ run along with a decent amount of lim/die) i dont go up there anymore because there are a ton of people there at the times that i get to play now.
Drop rate is incredibly volatile and luck based, obviously. I had a 5 hour session the other day where one character got 7 pouches and the other only got one. Even just 7 was low as shit for all the time spent, but the one that only got one was a slap to the face.
This was alternating 9 and 13, 8-12 runs/hour depending if harpies were being a bitch.
