Think we are going to snag up the Vizio 3D tv from Best Buy. I've been wanting a 3D tv for forever.

Hoping the Zelda WiiU is on sale somewhere. I saw that the New Super Mario Bros U Bundle was on sale last week for $250, so if anyone has the Zelda bundle for that much, I'll be jumping on it.

Wal-Mart and Gamestop are both doing the $199 250GB PS3 bundle, comes with Arkham Origins and The Last of Us. I think that is what will motivate me to get out of the house on black Friday.

Since I have Prime, and they tend to match or beat brick and mortar retailers, I do much of my Black Friday shopping on Amazon nowadays. They've already started some specials in anticipation of Black Friday, and you can sign up for their email list on this page to be notified of upcoming deals.

As much as I like some of those best buy blu ray deals, there is absolutely no fucking way i'm going to be at a store for a 6pm opening on Thanksgiving. I've done a couple of 3am showings (wife used to get off at 11pm or later anyways) but it's getting out of hand. I'll stick to Amazon/Newegg/Cyber Monday deals this year.

Ya...luckily the tv we want isn't a doorbuster so "hopefully" can get it on friday. It's not the end of the world though if we can't. Probably going to try and also snag the buy two get one free on the Infinity toys since our nephew is huge into that.

Also going to try and get one of the blu rays for the in-laws.

Bluray/DVD specials are better than usual this year and 1 or 2 cooler small things at Target but nothing jaw dropping so far and I'm sure as hell not going out on Thanksgiving as a matter of principle. Will shop in the early AM 4-6 AM before work.

Our brand new Target opened here today, so I'm wondering if we'll have some Grand Opening sales soon. We already went out and bought a brand new TV so we're not in the market for that.

I'm not sure if Canadian Stores will do a Black Friday in line with the US or not. They started doing our own Black Friday in October because that's when our Thanksgiving usually is.

So I want to get my parents a tv this year for christmas, but i'm not going to deal with the fuckwits in person, because I might end up in jail if I do black friday shopping. Any suggestions for getting good deals and shit online? I was planning on buying the tv and having it shipped to a local store near my parents if there is one there, or just shipped via fedex/ups.
