tl;dr Most legislators haven't even seen the details of it, and they're basically on the clock to decide if they're to give away their ability to have any meaning in the process at all. If they do, then a very small number of people will be able to do what they like with these issues with very little scrutiny. (You'll note that's worked out oh so well with the NSA, CIA, and various other three letter agencies.)

So, call your Rep and Senators, and tell them fuckno.

(Note, anyone in Cali is going to have to ride extra hard depending on their rep. You're going to have to drop primary vote ultimatums at minimum on her AND other candidates for any chance at swaying Feinstein, since she isn't up any time soon.)

A more relevant use of this would be to outlaw Japanese imports of Anime and Manga that has not been released here, or to outlaw imported textbooks that are sold at a lower price in other countries.
