I find it hilarious how most players tend to have Mama Murphy magically end up on a roof in sanctuary. Suits her character pretty well.

how do you sustain the ammo for that? was thinking of getting one but i rarely see ammo drops.

just buy from multiple shops, since it's almost always 1 hit kill for me, i don't really need that much anyway, i usually hover around 500~ ish ammo

also, modded the gauss rifle, it's at 403 damage now lol

Found my first real challenge so far on hard mode. I haven't put a ton of time in the game and I'm probably undergeared @lv9, but I ran across the top edge of the map into the outpost(Zinimino or something) with the power armor bro, chucking fat man nukes at me. I was jarred at first and died about 4 times before I realized some nearby oil drums by the shack on the hill were merely props. Ended up using my last 3 frag grenades and took him down. It sucks that their turret didn't automatically recognize me as the new owner lol I do like the setup of this encampment, though. I don't think there will be any problems of defending it once people start moving in.

yeah found a 405 one just now with better capacity lol. gotta get my science up so i can really deck it out

The SE island where you get the luck bobblehead, the engine room of that boat has a switch. If you flip that switch and follow the cables, they lead to a workshop. If you flip the switch there, it makes all the legendary mirelurks/mirelurk queens etc basically not attack at all.


It also lets you use the entire island as a settlement.

So because one reason or another I had to kill one of the character in the game, and that person turned out to be a synth(found a synth component), mind blown.
