Still having some Frame rate issues in the game. Have done the INI fixes, downloaded catalyst 15.11, optimized the game (Balanced), and turned of GodRays. All other settings are set to ULTRA, windowed and borders ticked.

For some reason I can only set Godrays to LOW. How do I turn it OFF permanently?

Computer specs: i5-4690k, r9 290x, 8GB ram, and I am not overclocking.

I can get 60 fps normally but when there is bunch of trees or running through a town I drop to 30 fps. I feel like I should be able to keep a contant 50-60 FPS, but I think something may be wrong. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

AMD cards seem to have major issues compared to nVidia for FO4. Not sure why.

I hit my first frame rate lag last night on PS4. Jumped between 3 settlements within about 5 min to start minutemen quests, suffered huge lag, and now all the npc's are frozen in one spot.

Anyone know how to mod your perk points? I want to reroll but I'm 30 hours in already. I wasted 8 points in STR that are doing fuck all and I'd like to redistribute them.

Shells and 10mm are hard to find for me. I even have two points in ammo scavenging. But I'm swimming in .38 and .50cal, go figure.

Have you put any points in Luck? I've noticed my drops have improved immensely after investing a few points in Luck, getting the Luck bobblehead and equipping some gear with Luck for a total of 13 base Luck. Swimming in so much ammo and I only have 1 perk in scavenger

player.setav strength 5

This will set your strength to 5 or whatever number you want and then you can use the same command to change your other stats accordingly. It just changes them to whatever number you want so you will have to go by scout's honor that you didn't give yourself more points than you had total.

transmog would have been amazing in this game. not sure there ever was a way to it different, but i pretty much only ever had my starting vault suit as my base item. what i would have given to have worn maxson's battlecoat or one of the raider trenchcoats

also if you can't find dogmeat, check red rocket station or sanctuary in the backyards where the dog houses are.

also for you dudes talking about ammo: prob most everyone picks a few guns to stick to and ignores the rest. for me i used .38 for a while but eventually stopped and i sat on copious amounts of that and 5mm. if you're low on cash just sell that shit off and make $$$

I have been rotating my gun use based off ammo.. I have a lot of Assault Rifle ammo right now so that's what I am using.

Some guns allow you to mod them to a different ammo type so that may be an option. This will either increase or decrease damage.

Ok crazy question. How are you guys getting these high damaging weapons? I think my highest weapons (outside of fat man and such) are like in the 80s. Is it the difficulty or something?

Another option is the You're S.P.E.C.I.A.L. dupe.

I haven't done this, but my brother has.

With dogmeat as your companion, throw your copy on the ground, order dog to pick it up, then you pick it up just before they do. There is a more often than not chance this will dupe the mag.
My brother did it 10-15 times and it has made his early game so much easier.
