I cannot fathom playing a Bethesda game on a console. Probably already got at least a dozen mods installed in addition to the joy of the developer console.

But no, I wasn't going out of my way to mention it in my previous post.

When I demo'd Skyrim full of mods to my wife's friend that plays on PS3 her mouth dropped and she had no words. PC4LyFE.

This is pretty much it. With Bethesda it's pretty like paying more to get a worse product.

Not sure as I just recently started messing with FO mods. I tried to play NV but it was boring and felt pointless. I just got FO3 GOTY and have 52 mods loaded so far. I'll report more in the "playing right now" thread as to not shit up this one. I've only put about an hr into FO3 but once I got out of the vault it was instantly better from what I remember from playing it on 360. Visuals overall just feel better and I'm looking forward to collecting weapons and armor to see how those mods look.

I'm having issues with assigning settlers to my trading post stands on PS4. They will stand and lean on the counter tops like they are the vendor but when you talk to them it's just random crap. Nobody gives the option to barter etc. I'm getting irritated.

Try reassigning them to other things and then back. That happened to me at one point but after reassigning them and them exploring for it a bit, it fixed itself

Still have to wait to see what options the GECK brings.

Most mods atm are just textures (including the all important nude mods), but there are some limited gameplay tweaks. Mods are already exposing how poorly made this game honestly is though. Texture packs people are already making look better and improve performance over the default textures.

The textures and what not are my main thing with modding any game and it really comes through with Bethesda games. This is what I'm waiting on as well as a price drop before I buy FO4.

As if it even matters lol, I'm playing at 4k ultra with max settings and I can barely distinguish any difference between PS4. It's a Bethesda game. It's not going to be impressive either way. If you're looking for graphics you're playing the wrong game, big time

So raw raw fight the powah and proudly proclaim your console preference, I support you 100%! Fallout 4 is still completely enjoyable on consoles, nevermind the silly PC naysayers, they're too busy fapping over their SOOPEERIOR GRAFFIXX to actually play the game

The game has booty AA which might never be fixable, and the default AO is very bad. I have HBAO enabled in those screenshots but it causes graphical glitches at times.

As of right this minute I'm rolling with 1440p, but am looking at 4k. I'm only running crossfire 290x which is another reason for me to wait for AMD to get a proper driver profile together. It doesn't look terrible by any means, but my cheap ass will wait for a price drop (preferably by Best Buy for wan extra 20% off) to purchase. Thanks for the post!

Yeah this is a amazing thread to figure out all the annoying fuckwits to block on this site. They don't shut the fuck up about PC and keep harassing anyone who mentions they play on console.

Do they immediately unlean after assigning them? Had to send them to another outpost, fast travel, and send them back for them to do shit.

You know, its your life and you can play on whatever you want. Just as the rest of us can be bewildered that you willingly choose to play a worse version of the game, even though you have a great PC.
