The first time you get a Gauss Rifle a little tutorial thing pops up in the corner explaining it. Easy to miss though, just like those goddamn settlement attacks.

3.6x sneak damage and full rifle perk.

I love how crit hits go through everything. Just targetted a raider with one. By the time I fired he was behind another enemy. It killed both.

High Luck build with Critical Banker and Grim Reaper's Sprint is ridiculous for that.

It's still light on overall effects, but ENB is officially hur.

I found that F4ECC (Enhanced Color Correction) let's me get away from needing Reshade now that ENB is pretty well developed.

allows you to clean up the areas alot more since you can remove most things now.
