Wow.. $30 to $50... time to cash in on some gift cards.
Yep, just bought mine.
I feel like no amount of DLC or patching can make me want to play this game anymore. It's so devoid of any depth.
DLC wont save it. Serious modding will. I can wait.
Skyrim is still being fixed. These are the kinds of challenges modern enjoy.
2 of those DLCs have been, for the most part aside from the new weapon for the robot, possible via mods for the last 2+ months and cost $0. The other one is highly unlikely to be worth $25 with Bethesda's track record on DLC.
And if they're planning on $60 worth of DLC, this is already $40 worth. We're either getting a single big DLC after this, or two more small ones that add mod features to the game for console plebs.
This.
I just lol about them jacking up the price of the season pass after originally saying that's all you'd ever need to spend. Yes, anyone who buys it at the original price before march will be fine, but you can't really use the words "ever", then re-write the rules 3 or so months later.
Kiiiiind of a dick move, but corporations, eh?
Not buying a season pass and not buying the xpacs before they're cheap on a steam sale at the end of oblivion. I don't love the game enough to pay them more than what I feel they are due.
At least they did it with warning?
It's good on them to provide a heads up, but like Prothescar said 2/3 announced DLCs have been possible via mods for awhile. And that's still without anyone having access to the real mod tools.
I forgot to add that even though the ps4 frame drops are worse than the previous version, DF found that it still runs slightly better than the XBone.
I did finally notice the framerate drops, they happened for me when I went into the second level of Vault 75.
Danse sidequest spoilers. I lost my shit lol
